Thank you for shopping with (RT Store). We are committed to providing high-quality, fresh, cold-pressed edible oils. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure product safety and customer satisfaction.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on edible oil products once they have been delivered, unless:

The product is damaged during transit.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is leaking or the seal is broken upon delivery.
The product is expired or otherwise defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

A replacement product
A full refund
A partial refund (where appropriate)

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delivery delays caused by the courier
Products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly after delivery
Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery

Quality Commitment

Our cold-pressed edible oils are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. We recommend storing the oils in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and consuming them before the stated expiry date for the best quality.
